Website Make-over

Hey there, friends and Kindred Spirits! 

This year marks 8 years of my crafting business, and it kind of amazes me. When I first started, I was crocheting hats, knitting scarves, and making headbands. When I first made some dolls for my own children, I realized that it was the MOST fun I had had making something, and that I wanted to spread this joy of bringing our favorite people (saints and literary) to life for the next generation. 

It's been a little while coming, but I am finally making a few changes here on my site and I hope that they make everything easier for everyone! First of all, I needed a host that could support all of the new printed items that I have been designing.

Thus far it hasn't been too much of a problem, but being able to offer the Jane Austen Calendar on my own website was impossible (or impossibly difficult), so it was only available by way of my Etsy shop. Setting up with a new host is going to allow me to have all of my products available to you in one place. 

I have also heard great things about my new host and all the ways that it makes it easier on my customers, so I am hoping that you find that to be the case. I also love the fact that this new format has space for a blog so I can do things like share book recommendations, recipes, and more detailed updates behind the scenes. 

I know there have been so many shifts, big and little, around here. You have all been so gracious and patient with me when I am in seasons of slow production or working on big projects with few updates. I am thankful for you sticking with me in the thick and thin and joining me in working to create a dignity culture.
